How does the custom design process work?

Visit the Custom Order page to send us a message regarding what you are looking for! We will chat about colors/stains, fonts, sizing, etc. I will then send you a digital proof of your sign. If you are not satisfied with the design we can make appropriate changes until you love it! You can also send us a photo of your space and we can help design something together!

 

How much is shipping?

Approximate (depends on size/weight of piece being shipped)

LOCAL PICKUP CINCINNATI: $0

USA: $11–$29

CANADA: $14–$40

Your shipping total will be provided to you with your first proof — If quote is more than expected your deposit can be refunded if you wish!

 

I have a specific design in mind but I don't see it on your social media; can you make it?

We LOVE custom designs! If you have an idea in mind we can work together to create something unique. Please visit our Custom Order page to send us a message! 

 

Can my sign be waterproofed?

For outdoor signs, we apply a weather resistant finish to all signs. At this time we do not provide weatherproof signs.

 

How much will my sign weigh?

Depending on size; smaller (12") signs weigh approximately 3 lbs. while larger (24") signs can weigh up to 11 lbs.

 

When can I expect my sign?

Turnaround is 2-4 weeks from finalization of your proof. If rush is purchased, 1 week from finalization of your proof.

 

How do I hang my signs?

We recommend 3M Command Strips for indoor signs (weight appropriate) & Hangman Cleat for heavy signs. Please let us know if you need guidance on hanging hardware!

 

I have a specific size I need, can you accommodate?

Absolutely! We are able to make rounds up to 50" in diameter, rectangles up to 60" in length and 3D cutouts up to 30" in length. Please note, if shipping, the larger/heavier the sign, the higher the shipping cost.

 

Can I return my order?

Because of the handmade nature of our products they cannot be returned. We are a small business and customer service along with craftsmanship is our TOP priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us.

 

Will my sign look EXACTLY like my photo proof?

We try our absolute best but due to the nature of wood stain and wood grain colors may slightly vary. Also, color calibration on your monitor or phone may affect the true color.

 

I am supporting a small business, does that make me awesome?
